摘要:介紹調(diào)諧輥式拉絲機(jī)的工作原理,提出電氣控制系統(tǒng)的控制策略,設(shè)計(jì)電氣傳動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件,并分析系統(tǒng)的制動(dòng)過(guò)程。系統(tǒng)采用基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的結(jié)構(gòu),調(diào)諧輥位置控制采用變參數(shù)的增量型數(shù)字PI調(diào)節(jié)算法,取得滿意的運(yùn)行效果。

Abstract :To introduce the work principle of wire drawing machine with tuning roller.The control policy of electric control system is put forward. The hardware and software of electric transmission control system are designed,and the braking process of the system is analyzed.The system bases on spot general line structure,the position control of tuning roller a—dopts variable parameters increment digital PI adjusting arithmetic,which obtains satisfied running efficiency.

1 工作原理
8聯(lián)調(diào)諧輥式拉絲機(jī)的工藝流程如圖1所示,主要由1個(gè)放線機(jī)、8個(gè)卷筒和一個(gè)收線機(jī)組成,鋼絲經(jīng)過(guò)1 拉絲模后卷繞在1 卷筒上,再依次經(jīng)2 至8 拉絲模及卷筒,最后由收線機(jī)將鋼絲卷繞在工字輪上,在每?jī)蓚€(gè)卷筒之間設(shè)有調(diào)諧輥,用于調(diào)整鋼絲張力。
