德州奧斯汀消息（2008年8月13日消息），艾默生過程管理公司被Nalco（南京）工業(yè)服務有限公司選中，作為其在中國南京化工園區(qū)新水處理化工廠的主要儀器供應商。該工廠預計在2009年早期完成，由世界上最大的水凈化設備生產(chǎn)商提供商美國Nalco公司進行施工。Nalco將為南京的新廠投資2500萬美元，投產(chǎn)后每年的年產(chǎn)量將達到37,000噸。 之所以選擇艾默生的配有基金會現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)的PlantWeb架構(gòu)，是因為其經(jīng)驗證的具有批量自動化經(jīng)驗的DeltaV數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)。 Nalco集團副總裁Louis L. The plant, scheduled for completion early in 2009, is being constructed by the Nalco Company of the United States, the world‘s largest producer, supplier, and facilitator of water treatment chemicals. Nalco is investing about $25 million US in the new plant in Nanjing City. It will have a total annual capacity of 37,000 tons. "The factory in Nanjing will become our largest and most important production base in China," commented Mr. Louis L. Loosbrock, Group Vice President of Nalco. "Products made there will be capable of implementing the most advanced water treatment strategies." Plant designers chose to implement Emerson‘s PlantWeb digital plant architecture with batch processes controlled by the DeltaV digital automation system and using FOUNDATION fieldbus technology. Emerson is also providing on-site engineering assistance during the implementation and startup phases. Instrumentation in the new plant includes Rosemount temperature and pressure transmitters, Micro Motion? Mass flow meters, and FIELDVUE? Digital valve controllers mounted on Fisher? control valves. AMS? Suite: Intelligent Device Manager Software will be employed for instrument commissioning, predictive maintenance, and asset optimization.
