摘要：輸油泵是油庫生產(chǎn)運行中主要能耗設(shè)備，原來一般通過控制輸油泵出口閥門的開度來調(diào)節(jié)流量，大量的能源消耗在泵出口閥前后。我們在南一油庫6kv 630kw輸油泵機組上應(yīng)用了一套北京利德華福公司生產(chǎn)的高壓變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)，通過改變輸油泵的轉(zhuǎn)速進行流量調(diào)節(jié)，降低了輸油能耗，節(jié)約電能，改善了工藝。
