Abstract:The theme studies the conveners presently used on the escalators in the subway,and analyses the motor’s main problems caused by the adoption of frequency conversion technology on the escalators.It also
disc usses the problem of the rise in temperature in the motors after frequency conversion and gives some suggested solutions.tt argues that the adoption of frequency conversion technology on the subway’s esc alators should consider the relationship between operation and energy·saving as its main idea,and achieve the perfect integration of energy-saving and safe operation of the equipments.

1 緒論
目前,在北京地鐵幾乎每座車站出入口都裝有自動(dòng)扶梯,為方便乘客出行發(fā)揮了重要作用。同時(shí)由于自動(dòng)扶梯數(shù)量的增加,以及北京地鐵自動(dòng)扶梯的種類繁多,相關(guān)的節(jié)能、設(shè)備維護(hù)等諸多問(wèn)題突現(xiàn)出來(lái)。近年來(lái)北京地鐵對(duì)自動(dòng)扶梯進(jìn)行了變頻改造,將變頻技術(shù)運(yùn)用于自動(dòng)扶梯的控制中,對(duì)于節(jié)約能源,減少機(jī)械磨損發(fā)揮了積極作用。變頻器技術(shù)在自動(dòng)扶梯的應(yīng)用原則上講制定的很好,符合地鐵的實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)情況。但是,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中卻存在一些設(shè)計(jì)缺陷,特別是電動(dòng)機(jī)的發(fā)熱和散熱問(wèn)題,對(duì)地鐵自動(dòng)扶梯連續(xù)不間斷運(yùn)行構(gòu)成潛在威脅,并出現(xiàn)電動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)熱造成停梯故障。要改變上述狀況,確保自動(dòng)扶梯的安全可靠運(yùn)行,應(yīng)著手解決自動(dòng)扶梯電動(dòng)機(jī)的發(fā)熱和散熱問(wèn)題,以減少自動(dòng)扶梯因電動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)熱引起的故障停梯,確保自動(dòng)扶梯的不間斷運(yùn)行。
