摘 要:壓力傳感器的輸出特性受溫度影響很大,把任意溫度下傳感器的特性都標(biāo)定出來是不可能的,可以用數(shù)據(jù)擬合的方法在已測(cè)定溫度特性曲線的基礎(chǔ)上得到所需溫度的壓力傳感器輸出特性。本文提出一種采用分段擬合的方法對(duì)壓力傳感器數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,通過在實(shí)際中的應(yīng)用證明,這種方法可以顯著提高擬合數(shù)據(jù)的精確性和簡(jiǎn)便性。

Abstract: Because the output characteristic of pressure sensors is affected greatly by temperature and it is impossible to calibrate all curves at different temperature, data fitting is bringed forth to generate the curve for pressure sensors at any demanded temerature based on the data having been calibrated. A method using paragraph fitting to fit the data of pressure sensors is presented here. According to the result of experiment, this method can increase the accuracy of the fitting data and make the fitting process more convenient.

0 引言
壓力傳感器的輸出特性大都為非線性,且常受到各種環(huán)境因素的影響,其中主要為溫度影響因素。由于溫度的影響,壓力傳感器經(jīng)常會(huì)發(fā)生零點(diǎn)偏移,為了提高測(cè)量的精度,壓力傳感器必須定時(shí)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溫度下測(cè)定傳感器的特性,予以標(biāo)定。標(biāo)定過程選取的壓力溫度點(diǎn)越多,標(biāo)定精度越高,但標(biāo)定時(shí)間也會(huì)越長(zhǎng)。為減少標(biāo)定時(shí)間,同時(shí)提高測(cè)量的精度,利用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合的辦法越來越多的被采用。本文提出一種采用分段法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)擬合的方法,這種方法可以加快數(shù)據(jù)擬合的時(shí)間并提高擬合的精度。
