摘 要:作為一種用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動化控制的設(shè)備,PLC盡管有可靠性較高,抗干擾能力較強的特點,但當(dāng)生產(chǎn)環(huán)境過于惡劣,電磁干擾特別強烈,或安裝使用不當(dāng),就可能造成程序錯誤或運算錯誤,從而產(chǎn)生誤輸入并引起誤輸出,這將會造成設(shè)備的失控和誤動作,從而不能保證PLC的正常運行。為提高PLC控制系統(tǒng)可靠性,有效地增強系統(tǒng)的抗干擾性能,本文從安裝方法上來談增強其抗干擾能力應(yīng)注意的問題。

Abstract: As an equipment used for automatic control in ndustrial production, PLC or calculation made mistakes because of severe production environment, strong electromagnetism disturbance and improper installation although having high reliability and strong anti-interference ability, which might cause wrong input and then output. These would bring about equipment being out of control and mistaken action, and then could not ensure that the PLC regularly works. In order to improve the reliability of PLC control system and intensify the anti-interference ability effectively, this paper tried to discuss some problems on how to intensify its anti-interference ability from installation methods.

隨著PLC在工業(yè)控制中的推廣普及,產(chǎn)品的種類越來越多,其結(jié)構(gòu)型號、性能、容量、指令系統(tǒng)、編程方法等各不相同,適用場合也各有側(cè)重。作為一種用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動化控制的設(shè)備,一般不需要采取什么措施,就可以直接在工業(yè)環(huán)境中使用。然而,PLC盡管有可靠性較高,抗干擾能力較強的特點,但當(dāng)生產(chǎn)環(huán)境過于惡劣,電磁干擾特別強烈,或安裝使用不當(dāng),就可能造成程序錯誤或運算錯誤,從而產(chǎn)生誤輸入并引起誤輸出,這將會造成設(shè)備的失控和誤動作,從而不能保證PLC的正常運行,要提高PLC控制系統(tǒng)可靠性,有效地增強系統(tǒng)的抗干擾性能,在使用中應(yīng)注意以下問題。
