摘要:深圳前灣電廠發(fā)電一期工程為3 x 390 MW單抽燃?xì)庖徽羝?lián)合循環(huán)機組,其M701 F型燃?xì)廨啓C在啟動、高盤冷卻、水洗等過程中,驅(qū)動力矩由發(fā)電機作為同步電動機運行來提供,通過靜態(tài)變頻器(Static FrequencyConverter)實現(xiàn)對發(fā)電機轉(zhuǎn)速的調(diào)節(jié)。介紹了靜態(tài)變頻器的加速原理和控制模式,運行證明,用SFC啟動機組,可靠性高,具有較好的應(yīng)用前景和較高的研究價值。

Abstract: Presently project of Qianwan Natural Gas Turbine Combined-cycle Power Plant has 3 x 390 MW, single shaft, combined cycle unit. During the gas turbine start-up, the generator acts as a synchronous motor. SFC accelerates the rotor of turbine generator from totally stall/barring speed to high speed spin, washing or to the self-sustaining speed at which the gas turbine is able to generate enough power to continue the acceleration. This article introduces accelerate principle and control mode of frequency modulation starting process in details, in order to provide for reference and discussion.

0 引言
在世界范圍內(nèi),利用天然氣發(fā)電,已經(jīng)成為一種重要的能源形式,但對我國而言是一項新產(chǎn)業(yè)。它有利于優(yōu)化和調(diào)整我國能源結(jié)構(gòu),具有建廠周期短、初投資低、占地少、啟停迅速,節(jié)水、環(huán)保、發(fā)電效率高及調(diào)峰等優(yōu)點,可以靠近負(fù)荷或城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè),從而減輕電網(wǎng)建設(shè)和電能輸送的壓力。設(shè)利用天然氣發(fā)電的燃機電廠。探圳前灣燃機電廠一鑒于上述特點,我國正在大力建期工程建設(shè)規(guī)模為3 x 390 MW單軸燃?xì)庖徽羝?lián)合循環(huán)機組,于2007年4月全部投人商業(yè)運行,是廣東省內(nèi)最早竣工的F級燃機電廠。
