HMIs running Windows® CE are equipped with TFT touch screen displays （5.7” to 10.4”） and with their XScale architecture offer the performance for demanding operating and monitoring applications in a machine-oriented use. Active cooling systems are not necessary as a low-power CPU is used. The low power consumption also allows operation in very small casings. The card slot in the rear lays the foundation for the use of SD cards for archiving and process data, making a hard disk superfluous. The VisiWinNET® Smart visualisation software is used to draw the graphical interfaces. The standard CAN interface for the Lenze system bus further offers direct access to all drive parameters which can be read offline while an application is being created. Standard PC interfaces such as Ethernet, USB A/B and RS232 provide further options for simple connections to higher-level control systems. The new series of devices have a robust aluminium front panel in degree of protection IP65, which makes them very suited for used in a harsh industrial environment or directly on the machine.[/COLOR]
