PCI 208 是翠歐公司的一款基于PC機(jī)的PCI總線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的數(shù)字運(yùn)動控制卡,該控制卡采用了獨(dú)立的120MHz的DSP微處理器技術(shù),提高了電機(jī)運(yùn)動和計(jì)算的處理速度。該控制卡可控制2-8個軸的伺服電機(jī)或步進(jìn)電機(jī)或者二者的任意結(jié)合;32-bit的33MHz,2.2版本的PCI總線。采用100-pin的高密度屏蔽電纜與外部轉(zhuǎn)接模塊連接,提高了設(shè)備的抗干擾信號的能力。提供Active X 可以用VB、VC、C/C++等高級語言根據(jù)設(shè)備的需要進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),還有CAN總線接口,可以根據(jù)設(shè)備的需要對I/O和模擬輸入口進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展。該卡雖然基于PC機(jī),但在實(shí)際工作中,可以獨(dú)立于計(jì)算機(jī)運(yùn)行。
The PCI 208 is based on a 120Mhz 32-bit floating point DSP supported by 8Mbits of SRAM, 32 Mbits of Flash memory and 128kbits of dual port RAM for PCI communications. A large FPGA on the provides for up to 8 stepper axes, or 8 axes with encoder feedback, or mixtures of the two, or stepper axes with encoder verification. For +/-10v input servo drives an optional mezzanine board provides 16 bit resolution voltage outputs and analogue inputs. A DIN rail mounting break-out board eases the wiring interconnections for low-volume applications.
The PCI 208 is designed for motion control applications centred around a PC. Application programs written on the PC can access its facilities easily using an OCX component. It is also possible to run application programs on the PCI 208 in multi-tasking BASIC language or to use both programming techniques. Trios Motion Perfect development software can be used to monitor the execution of programs, IO and motion. Complex motion such as cams, gears, linked axes, and interpolation is made easy with the comprehensive command set. The PCI206 has 20 opto-isolated digital 24v inputs and 10 opto-isolated outputs. The inputs can be used as high-speed hardware registration inputs for highly accurate control of print and packaging lines.
The I/O count can be expanded using Trio CANbus digital and analog modules. The PCI208 has 2 built-in CAN channels for I/O and axis control.
