The ADAM-8000 PLC CPUs combined with a ProfibusDP/CANopen, master, becomes the basis of a fieldbus network. As master, th eADAM-8000 provides connections for Profibus-DP and CANopen. （For the other CPUs, separate fieldbus modules are available, which are directly plugged to the backplane bus）.
